What does my method involve?

My method draws heavily on my training in:
Homeopathy; Naturopathy; Nutrition, Muscle Response Testing; Reflexology; Allergy Testing and management; Flower Essences; Kinesiology. For Craniosacral Therapy see separate page.

My understanding is that all disease arises from a combination of toxicity and deficiency. See the section 'Journey to Good Health' for what I mean by those terms.
My aim is to help you to restore your health
My method starts with the use of a simple muscle response test to ascertain where in the body the toxins are causing a problem and what the toxins may be.
I will then use those of the various therapies in which I am qualified which appear most appropriate in your case to seek to reduce/eliminate the toxic effect and to support the parts of your body that have been weakened by disease
I may also make suggestions for lifestyle changes and other therapies if that is appropriate.

I must tell you, upfront, that the method I use is neither used, nor accepted as having any beneficial effect at all by the vast majority of 'orthodox' medical practitioners, or by a similar majority of the proponents of the science that underlies their practice. I use ENERGY medicine, based on the idea that our bodies are governed by a field and frequency system. Each part of our body has an energetic field, and vibrates at a corresponding frequency. These frequencies can be interfered with by forces external to them, and this is what we understand by toxicity.
